Introductory Class Policy

If you are unable to attend a class due to illness, injury, or a planned holiday and you do not want to miss a class in the series, you may attend a strength or stretch class to make up for the missed class upon presentation of a doctor’s note. Please let us know at the beginning of the series. This is not possible later in the series.

Refunds are not possible for introductory series, including in the case of illness or injury, even with a doctor’s note.

Class Pass Cancellation Policy

You can cancel and reschedule your class free of charge up to 10 hours before the start of the class. If you cancel less than 10 hours before the class, you will lose that session from your class pass.

Only medical reasons supported by a doctor’s note of that day will be accepted. Class passes are non-refundable under any circumstances.
You can book a class up to 2 hours before it starts. A class may be cancelled if fewer than 5 people are registered. We check the registrations every day and decide around 4:00 PM whether the class will go ahead. Each student will be informed individually of any changes or cancellations.

Please register for your class on time, as places are limited and classes can fill up.

If a Class Is Cancelled

If a class cannot go ahead due to unforeseen circumstances or because there are fewer than 5 registrations, the class will be cancelled. Your session will automatically be credited back to your account.

If you purchased a single class ticket, we need to manually rebook your class, so please contact us by email.

Once you are registered, you will receive an email if the class is cancelled, rescheduled, or moved to a different location. Always check your email and the WhatsApp community before leaving for class.


Membership Insurance

We offer sports insurance for our members through Danspunt. This insurance is only available to active members who purchase a punch card or a fixed-term series.
This insurance is for a full school year and is available to purchase for 5 euro in our bueno student app. We advise you to purchase this insurance before training with us so you can safely train all year long. Caution, when you buy a single ticket you are not insured for physical injuries. For more information about our insurance go to www.danspunt.be
