Punch cards

All group classes except the intro classes can be joined with a punch card. This way you can easily switch between all classes you are interested in.
Please choose an appropriate level to join, otherwise the teacher will talk to you to change the level for safety reasons.
A single ticket is valid for one month, a 10 class punch card is valid for 6 months, a 20 class pass for 1 year.

Intro classes

The intro classes are a fixed series of eight classes over 8 weeks at the same time with the same group. If there is an interruption because of a holiday, you will be informed.
Why is it not possible to join the intro series with a punch card or single ticket?
Every week you work on basic skills and build up to more difficult moves and combinations, to train safely it is important to have that consistency of training together weekly to build up strength and grow as a group.
