Intro classes policy
If you are withheld because of sickness with a doctors notice, you can take a strength or flex class to make up for your loss.
We offer an exeption to the series and give you up to two classes to recover in strength or flex classes if you have a special date already planned( Your exam presentation or a planned holiday).
Let us know at the start of the series so we can plan the replacement class, this is not possible later in the series.

Cancellation policy for punch cards
You can cancel and reschedule your class up to 10 hours before the start of the class. If you cancel later, only medical issues with a doctors notice will be accepted to recover your class.
You can book in your class up to 3 hours in advance, the class will be cancelled if less then 4 people subscribed 3 hours before the start.
Subscribe to your class on time, because full is full.

A class is cancelled
If the teacher is sick/ or delayed or a class has less then 4 subscriptions, the class will be cancelled.
you automatically get your ticket refunded.
If you bought a single ticket, we will have to book your class in manually, so please contact us by email.
Once subscribed, you will receive an email if the class is cancelled, rescheduled or delayed, please always check your email before departing.

We would like to inform you that you are not insured for physical injuries when you book a class.

Memberschip insurance
We offer a sportinsurance for our members by sportievak, only for members who buy a punch card or a fixed series.
